Lyon's Trail is located in the highly desirable city of South Lyon, MI. South Lyon offers both the charm of a small town and the convenience of  bordering cities such as Brighton, Milford, Northville, Novi and Wixom.

Our recently-renovated home offers a cozy, but open living space filled with natural light and breathtaking views from all directions. The facility's contemporary interior design provides a calm, comfortable and home-like atmosphere both inside and out.

We currently offer 3 spacious private rooms. Each room is provided with an electric-adjustable bed, nightstand, lamp, accent chair, dresser, closet and a Roku Tv.

The facility is fully equipped with wheelchair ramps at each entrance, wide doorways, open spaces, adaptive furniture and handicap-able restrooms.

Our meticulously-curated activity center is stocked full with engaging activities for all. Various puzzles, crafts, card games, books and more are at our resident's fingertips to ensure a day filled with social fun!

The facility is is nestled 400 ft back off of Pontiac Trail and sits on a beautiful and lush full acre of land. Residents can relax on our patio while taking in the sights and sounds without traffic disturbance.
